Lively Arts Foundation is a tax-exempt nonprofit presenting and support organization.
Its Mission is to bring an eclectic and multicultural variety of the highest levels of classical and contemporary entertainment to the residents of the San Joaquin Valley for their enjoyment and edification, to foster an enriched environment of the Performing Arts for talented young local students, and to enhance quality of life (including the lives of underserved youth through its Discover Dance! Outreach Program), by continuing to create opportunities to experience the vibrant, unifying, and uplifting power and beauty of the Performing Arts.
DISCOVER DANCE! STUDENT OUTREACH PROJECT
Lively Arts’ Discover Dance! Outreach Project introduces the magic of the Performing Arts to thousands of the Central Valley’s underserved students and families by providing tickets to its performances at no cost. Since Covid 19 prevented us from presenting our traditional Friday Morning School Show in 2020, 89,000 Central Valley public school students were invited to enjoy a stream of Central California Ballet’s The Nutcracker. This year we will select at risk students to experience a live ballet performance of Central California Ballet’s The Nutcracker at the Saroyan Theatre on December 10th and 11th at no charge.

Lively Art’s Barre Association
This category was founded after the April 3, 2008, performance of “Swan Lake” by the Tchaikowski-Perm Ballet & Orchestra, in response to the audience enthusiasm for that noteworthy show. It is for Ballet lovers, especially and will be credited as such. Contribute any amount you wish to help us continue to present classical and contemporary ballet. Barre Association members may volunteer to help with our events, and all will receive priority notification of ballet events, and seating.
*All supporters are recognized at their level of contribution in all season programs and given prior notice of special events.
